Shipping Information
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive an email once the order is dispatched where you can track your order.
We deliver 7 days a week in the UAE and 6 days per week, Sunday-Friday, internationally.
Usual estimated delivery times may be affected due to UAE public holidays or worldwide public holidays, where DHL do not operate.
*If you do not receive the tracking information within 1-2 business days, please check your spam folder.
During sale periods we endeavour to deliver all orders within our regular delivery times, but due to occasional courier delays some deliveries may take longer.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
