I am a Lebanese fitness enthusiast with a history of sports since the age of 14. I am currently based in Dubai and work in the media industry for Luxury A Fashion Magazine.
My passion for fitness and love for fashion helped me combine both worlds and create the healthy lifestyle I am living today.
Becoming fit and healthy is a long journey but it starts with each small step. The most important thing to know is that both mental and physical health go hand in hand. One doesn't work without the other.
